Is my BARfiles In-Sync with my code in WMB Toolkit?

We can easily identify whether the bar file in toolkit is In-Sync or Out-Of-Sync with the help of bar file icon.
– Bar file is In-Sync with the code.
– Bar file is Out-Of-Sync with the code.
